ArtVR Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 14, 2026
Last updated: October 31, 2026
ArtVR 2026 and this website are operated by ArtVR LLC (“ArtVR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, disclosed, and retained when you use our website, the ArtVR 2026 application, and related services. The application sections apply to ArtVR 2026 and do not apply to the legacy ArtVR application.
This website and contacting ArtVR
This marketing and support website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Visiting it sends web requests to the hosting service, which processes connection information needed to serve the site, such as your IP address and browser request details.
The contact page loads ArtVR’s existing SMBcrm contact form and its supporting script from api.leads-365.com. Loading the form connects your browser to that service and its form-security services. The form requests your name, email address, and message; email is required. Information you submit is sent through the form service so ArtVR can respond to your inquiry and discuss a demonstration, development project, or support request.
You can also contact ArtVR by email. Email links open your email app, and information you send is processed through the email services used to deliver and respond to your message. Please do not include passwords or private client information in contact or support messages.
Gallery links open a separate ArtVR gallery experience. The following sections describe information associated with ArtVR 2026 collections and application use.
How ArtVR 2026 works
ArtVR 2026 allows participating galleries to create privately curated art collections for their customers. A gallery may provide you with an access code linked to a collection selected specifically for you.
Your activity within that collection is recorded and made available to the gallery that issued your access code. This helps its authorized curators and sales representatives understand your interests and assist you in evaluating artworks.
Information we collect
Contact and collection information
A participating gallery may provide or store your name and email address. This information may be associated with your gallery, access code, and curated collection.
We store information necessary to provide your privately curated collection, including the participating gallery associated with you, the collection and artworks selected for you, and an access code, user identifier, or similar identifier used to connect you with your collection.
Artwork engagement and app activity
ArtVR 2026 records how you interact with your curated collection, including:
- Which artworks you view and how long you spend viewing them.
- How many times you view each artwork and your number of app sessions.
- Your frame selections.
- Artworks you mark or unmark as favorites and your favorites history.
This information is associated with your profile or collection so that your gallery’s authorized representatives can review it.
Camera and augmented reality
ArtVR 2026 uses your device’s camera and augmented-reality capabilities to display artwork in your surroundings. Camera access is controlled through your device’s permission settings. You can change that permission in your device settings; augmented-reality features may not work when camera access is disabled.
If you use Snapshot in the iOS application, the current view is saved to your device’s Photos library. You control saved photos and any sharing of them through your device.
Technical and session information
The iOS application sends session and device information to ArtVR’s Firebase-backed service, including session, user, gallery, and collection identifiers; device type and model; operating-system name and version; and application version. This information is associated with application activity to provide and understand use of the collection experience.
How we collect information
- From the participating gallery that creates your collection.
- From you when you contact us, use the app, select frames, or manage favorites.
- Automatically as you view and interact with artworks and start application sessions.
- Through service providers that help us operate the website, contact form, and application.
How we use information
We use this information to:
- Provide access to your privately curated collection.
- Display artworks in virtual and augmented-reality scenes.
- Save your favorites and frame selections.
- Associate you with the correct gallery and collection.
- Show your gallery how you interact with the artworks selected for you.
- Help authorized curators and sales representatives understand your interests, refine your collection, and support the curatorial and sales process.
- Operate, maintain, secure, and troubleshoot ArtVR 2026 and this website.
- Respond to inquiries, development-project discussions, demonstration requests, and support requests.
- Comply with applicable legal obligations.
We will not use information collected for a materially different purpose without providing any notice or consent required by applicable law.
Who can access your information
Your participating gallery
The gallery that issued your access code—and its authorized curators, sales representatives, and administrators—can access information associated with your profile and collection. This may include your name, email address, selected collection, artwork views, time spent viewing each artwork, repeat views, app sessions, frame selections, and favorites history.
The gallery may use this information to personalize its recommendations, understand which artworks interest you, and assist you during the art-selection and purchasing process.
A gallery may have its own privacy policy governing how it uses information after receiving or accessing it. Questions about a gallery’s independent use of your information should be directed to that gallery.
Service providers
We use service providers to operate and support ArtVR, including Google Firebase, Cloudflare, Unity, and SMBcrm. Information may be processed by these providers as needed to provide the application, hosting, contact, security, and support services described in this policy.
Legal and organizational disclosures
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to valid legal process, protect the rights or safety of users and others, investigate misuse, or protect ArtVR 2026.
Information may also be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to applicable privacy requirements.
Data retention and deletion
We retain personal information as needed to provide ArtVR 2026, maintain gallery collections, respond to inquiries, fulfill the purposes described in this policy, and comply with applicable legal obligations. Historical artwork-view and session analytics do not automatically expire when you stop using the app. Removing a viewer account does not by itself remove those historical analytics.
You may request deletion by contacting artvrllc@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity and coordinate with the gallery that created your collection. Deleting your information may prevent you from accessing your curated collection.
Please include whether your request concerns account information, historical collection activity, or contact correspondence so we can review the relevant records and applicable deletion requirements. Signing out or removing an account does not by itself erase saved photos or downloaded offline content from your device; use the app’s offline-content controls and your device’s Photos controls to manage those local copies.
Information required for legal, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or security purposes may be retained for the applicable required period.
Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Request access to your personal information.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Request deletion or a portable copy of certain information.
- Restrict or object to certain processing.
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
- Appeal or complain to an applicable privacy regulator.
To submit a request, contact artvrllc@gmail.com or your participating gallery. We will respond as required by applicable law.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information we process. However, no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Children’s privacy
ArtVR 2026 is not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children below that age. If you believe a child has provided information through ArtVR 2026, contact us at artvrllc@gmail.com.
International data transfers
ArtVR and its service providers may process information in the United States. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for transfers of personal information between jurisdictions.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as ArtVR 2026, this website, or our information practices change. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when required by law.
